a week of clothes

Sorry if I've been missing in action for a week. I went to Hong Kong for a training/business trip and wasn't able to go online whilst I was there. So Here I am posting a week worth of outfits.

I'm getting worried about my wedding gown designer. It's so hard to contact her and they told me that they'll email me the price quotation a couple of weeks ago and yet I still do not have it. I called today and they told me that they'll email it today. Hopefully, I'll get it. True that I haven't signed any contract yet but still... I really really do like her designs hopefully I'll get the quotes today. And I must set a scedule with her soon so I can finalize everything. Oh, I think I also need to start calling up potential wedding planners.

One thing great working for a retail company is when you get free stuff! I got my white shorts for free! It’s a fitting sample or something. They were clearing out some of the sample at work and they gave me this. Hehehe. i think they know how much I love wearing shorts. (How can I not living in a tropical country?!?)

dress like mummy

I got this dress from my mum. She likes to buy clothes in all colours. And I usually get to ask some from her at times when the clothes she buys would fit me. Well today we are like Tweedledum & Tweedledee. She also wore the same dress today though her's is grey. Good thing we are not going anywhere together or else it would be just too funny! Looking at the pictures i think i should have worn boots instead. Oh well, maybe next time eh?

There’s Giordano, the brand we grew up with as teenagers.

Then there’s Giordano Concepts, which grew up with the rest of us.

Call it the mature woman’s Giordano. I love this brand, which I discovered at Wisma Atria in Singapore one fine shopping day.

Even my husband loves their flattering men’s shirts in the comfiest fabrics.

I love it because it understands that some women don’t want to wear tight little numbers. Giordano Concepts offers comfy clothes just right for our age group, in non-flashy colors of mostly navy, gray, black and white.

Their Causeway Bay store is one of my must-stops whenever in Hong Kong, and they’re open till late at night.

Come December we’ll have something to look forward to when the first Giordano Concepts store opens at the Power Plant Mall right by the Archeology wing.

With an area spanning 188 square meters, the space will be shared by Giordano Ladies and Giordano Concepts for both men and women.

Expect a Hong Kong look and feel as store fixtures, furniture and design will come straight from Hong Kong. Expect to find us there as soon as it opens.
