Outfit was inspired by all the chic girls in Tokyo. But instead of looking chic... I think I look like a blimp! Hahaha. I reckon I am getting pretty bloated now. I'm going in my 7th month in a couple of weeks. The doctor said to expect a weight gain of 1lbs. per week!!! Yikes! Must start cutting down my sugar and salt intake too! Sigh... there goes my ice cream! :(

i'm getting huge!

It's getting harder to dress up every single day. I so wanna wear and buy new trousers but alas my tummy won't simply allow it. I guess in a few more weeks I won't even fit into my loosest trousers and really have to resort to dresses and maternity bottoms. Yikes!

Moving on... Well lately I am currently obsessing about hats. I've been collecting them for awhile now but haven't really got much added to my collection. I wasn't able to buy as much as I want in Japan either. Limited funds you see. I really have to prioritize what to buy. Hahaha. So yeah, shoes & jackets won.

The husband & I went to Tokyo last week as our over due honeymoon. Crazy huh? Honeymoon even if we have a little boy on the way. Tokyo is such a clean and cute city. As one of my good friend recently said. It's the land of cuteness and I totally agree. They got tons of cute stuff over there! Too bad though that I wasn't able to shop as much as I want 'coz I cannot fit into the clothes. Never mind then, I shall go back there for sure!

This morning I've decided that I'd wear my red drummer boy jacket with my stripes jersey dress but our very hot weather got a different idea. So off the jacket goes and my vintage clogs. Would you believe that I got these clogs since high school? I've always been a huge fan of platforms ever since. I guess it's because of my height. I've always wanted to be taller so I just resort to shoes that would help add a little height. ;)

black & summer do not mix, but who cares?!?

I know I should stop wearing black during summer but I can't help it because:

1. most of my clothes are in the black, white & grey colour palette
2. almost the only clothes that can fit me now are black the black ones!
3. and I feel like a huge blimp in bright or light coloured clothes. 

I'd try to look for clothes that will be more suitable summery colours though. I shall raid my mum and aunt's closet soon. ;)
